- If your order has not yet shipped: Please send your address/size change or cancellation request to reach out to our customer support team. Our customer service team will try to assist you with the change. But we do not guarantee the interception request will be successful, because there can be a delay before the carrier’s system updates the tracking information.

If your order has already shipped: Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we will not be able to make changes to the address or color or size for you.
For order purchased through Amazon
For orders fulfilled by Amazon (FBA):
If your order has not yet shipped: Once the order is placed, the size, color, or shipping address cannot be changed. You may contact Amazon to cancel the order and place a new one with the correct information.
If your order has already shipped: You will need to receive the item first, then contact Amazon to return it for a refund or replacement with the correct size, color, or address.
For orders fulfilled by the Venustas(FBM):
If your order has not yet shipped: You may contact our customer support before a tracking number has been issued. We will make every effort to intercept or modify the order. However, please be advised that we cannot guarantee the request will be successful.
If your order has already shipped: You will need to receive the item first, then contact our customer support to return it for a refund or replacement with the correct size, color, or address.
