If You Purchased Through the Venustas Official Website

Eligibility:
Outlet items, final sale items, and free gifts are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Items must be brand new, unworn, with tags attached.
Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
We reserve the right to inspect and reject any items not in their original condition.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you wish to upgrade the battery on an exchange item, an additional fee may apply.
Only items purchased from venustas.com are eligible for returns or exchanges via our Return Center.
For purchases made through other platforms, please contact the original seller.
How to Return:
U.S. Returns:
Submit a return request via our Return Center within 30 days of delivery.
Enter your order number and email address to begin the return process.
Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
Once your request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and a prepaid shipping label.
Please note: Only one prepaid shipping label is provided per order. If you submit multiple return requests or if your order is outside the 30-day window, shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Canada Returns:
Contact our customer service at service@venustas.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
Once your request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email along with an RMA form.
Print the RMA form and include it in your return package.
Once the returned package is received by our warehouse, we will proceed with your refund or exchange.
Please note: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for the return shipping costs and must return the product to the designated warehouse at their own expense.
If You Purchased Through Amazon
For returns or exchanges through Amazon, follow the steps below:
Log in to your Amazon account.
Click on "Your Orders" and find the relevant order number.
Click on "Return or Exchange" and select the size you want. Amazon will ship you a new item with the battery pack included.
Important Notes for All Returns:
Please ensure all items (jacket, battery, charging cable, manual, and packaging) are included in your return package to avoid delays in processing.
