Battery charges slowly

If your Venustas battery is charging slowly, please follow these steps and test after each one:

1.Check Your Charger

• Venustas-7500 & 10000 batteries: Use a 20V/1.75A (35W) charger for a full charge in 2–4 hours. You can also use Type-C laptop adapters (Apple, HP, etc.). Using a 5V/2A or 5V/3A charger may extend charging to 10–15 hours.

• Venustas-6000 battery: Use a 5V/3A charger for a full charge in about 4 hours.

2.Inspect the Charging Port and Cable

• Check for damage or debris on the battery port and charging cable.

• Plug into a wall outlet and ensure the cable, adapter, and outlet are securely connected. Try a different outlet if needed.

• If the battery still charges slowly, try a different charging cable. Venustas batteries are compatible with all chargers that meet safety standards.

3.Test Charging

• Let the battery charge for at least 30 minutes.

• If the charging speed returns to normal, your battery is functioning correctly.
